Steps to install Skype on Ubuntu 13.10

go to Software center -> edit-> software sources

and select other software tab

choose canonical partners and canonical partners(Source code)

             Once done, Try close the software center and search for skype if it still doesnt appear. then open terminal and issue below command

sudo apt-get install skype
